When choosing your real ale take a look at our 'hymns of the day!' which are the real ales on at that time. This informs you of the ABV and price.

If you wish to know what will be coming on take a look at our beer board for all the beers we currently have in stock. This changes every week as the ales are sold.

We offer 10p off a pint of cask ale to CAMRA members on production of a valid membership card.

We also sell a range of branded spirits and mixers. In addition to this we stock a vast range of single malts, between 18-20 at any time.

If you prefer a hot beverage please ask for our coffee and tea menu. We grind our own coffee beans and then make your coffee in the traditional barista way. Choose from a creamy cappucino, latte, Americano or mocha-choca. Or perhaps you would prefer a pot of tea or hot chocolate with cream.

We run our own free book exchange. If you see a book you would like please feel free to take it and then just bring a replacement when you call in again.

We have experienced barstaff who are knowledgable about the ales and other beverages. Please ask their advice if you require help choosing a product.

Food is served at the following times Tuesday - Friday 12-2.30pm and 6-9pm Saturday 12-9pm Sunday 12-4pm We do not serve food on a Monday at the moment. Our food is locally sourced and we make our own dishes in the pubs kitchen. We have a five star 'scores on the doors' for our food hygiene safety.
